川崎で友達と飲んだけど、これマジやばい😳 まず口に含んだ瞬間、rich and creamyで甘くてびっくり。tons of sugarみたいな濃厚さがあるのに、sweet and sour aromasもあって単調じゃない。 dried datesとかdried figsのドライフルーツ感がすごい。barrows of all kinds of raisinsって感じの複雑さ。brilliant bittersweet sherry maturingってまさにこれだな。 palo cortadoの影響か、brandy de Jerezみたいなコクもある。cappuccinoっぽい芳醇さもあって、pipe tobaccoの煙っぽさもほんのり。 long finishで余韻が延々と続く。two-stroke engineの排気音みたいにリズミカルに残る🧐 Thai dishのスパイス料理に合わせたら最高かも。watercressの苦味との相性も気になる。 thirty years of extra-maturing in glassって聞いたけど、Wood + glass is the wayって奴か。stunningな深みは歳月の賜物だよな。 Spanish friendsが作ってくれたsuper great sherry stuffなんだろうけど、cheap vodkaとかとは別次元。proper epicureansがauctionsで競り合う理由が分かる。hard to do better than this👏 pure savageryって書くと大げさかもだけど、これがbeloved spiritたる所以なんだよな〜
