Hmm, poured this one neat. On the nose it was a bit shy at first, some citrus peel and something herbal... maybe eucalyptus? After a minute or two, quite malty, like fresh bread crust and a hint of apple skin. Took a sip and whoa, very liquoricy and citrusy upfront, like a sharp, zesty candy. Then it mellows into these lovely leafy, herbal notes and a bit of melon rind. The arrival was wonderful, honestly. It has this golden colour that just looks inviting in the glass. Tried adding a drop of water later and it kind of fell apart, you know? The flavours got muddled and it lost that nice punch. Definitely keep it neat with this one. The finish is long and herbal, with a bit of that malty sweetness sticking around. Quite the character!

Warm and mellow, with a bit of honey, oak and gentle spice. Feels cosy rather than showy — nice wee sip for a quiet evening 🥃✨

Quite sweet and malty at first, with a bit of vanilla, light oak and a wee citrusy lift. Gets a touch spicy and warming after a sip or two. Nice cosy dram, not too fussy 😊 Slighlty dry on the finish.

Ooh, that whisky's got a real nice kick at first – kinda smoky, like a good bonfire. 🔥 Then it mellows out, you get this honey sweetness, smooth as anything. 😋 The finish lingers, warm with a bit of spice. Really lovely on a cold day. 🥃

sniffs glass Oh, that's quite smoky... like a bonfire on the beach. 🌲🔥 Tastes of... ripe pears? No, more like baked apples and some vanilla. Quite sweet, actually. And there's this lovely, warm, toffee note at the finish. Mmm. 🍐 Really moreish. Could sit in the pub with this all evening. 👍
