Pale gold in the glass, with apple juice, honey and a bit of Turkish delight sweetness straight away. Then it goes greener, like parsley, dried herbs, citrus rinds and wet rocks by the seaside. Lovely waxy feel too, a bit of shoe polish, ink, old fabrics and yeasty sourdough bread. Good weight and body, peppery at the end, with those lingering waxes and chalky beach pebble vibes. Ticked many boxes for me 😊
