Very light and dead easy, honestly. I get cut grass, a bit of lemongrass, white wine, and those sharper gooseberry notes, with a chalky sort of mineral water thing going on. Feels a touch naked and short, but not in a bad way. Bit of pears in syrup, sweetened porridge, pollens, linen cloth… simple side, yeah, but simple’s alright sometimes 😊 I’d happily have it over ice in summer, or chuck it into some Irish highball-ish thing.
