Just had a glass – it’s like vanilla cream meets a Canadian twist, with thyme and menthol sneaking in. Maple syrup sweetness, oily texture, and a surprise bonbon note that’s kinda fun. Nougat and puréed chestnut pop up, a tad earthy with fern and dill. Rather towards bourbon style, all golden and speaking true world-whisky’s genuine language. 😊

Warm and a bit honeyed, with soft spice and a wee touch of oak. Feels cosy, slightly fruity, and nice on a chilly evening 🥃✨ Finish is gentle, maybe a little dry, but quite moreish.

Proper cozy dram this. Nose has that vanilla 🍦 and honey 🍯 right off, maybe a whiff of orchard fruit. Palate brings a wee bit of spicey oak 🌳 and some dried fruit, sultanas I reckon. Finish is gentle, slight wrmth, nothin harsh. Defo a sipper for a rainy evening. 👍🥃

Right, so this whisky's got a proper nose, y'know? 😊 Kinda like warm spices and a whiff of peat smoke, maybe some honey or caramel in there. On the palate, it's smooth with a bit of fruitiness, like apples or pears, and a touch of vanilla. The finish is long and leaves a nice, cozy warmth. Quite enjoyed it on a rainy afternoon. 🥃

Right, this one's got a biig of a kick! 🥃 First thing I get is proper woody, like an old oak cabinet. Then there's this smooth, honeyed sweetness—almost like butterscotch left out in the sun. A bit of spice at the end, maybe cinnamon or something? 🍯🔥 It’s warming, really. Proper winter dram, this.
