Oh my god, this is absolutely brilliant 🤌 So focused first off, you get those keroseney profiles, a massive hit of menthol that’ll wake you right up, then all those veggie notes like a Michelin chef’s vegetable soup, tarragon, parsley, all sorts of various herbs, even a little olive tang Then that incredible fatty salinity hits, marrow inside, Barbour grease, that old style that’s disappeared like the extraordinary St. Magdalene vibe, so adorable how it’s got that 1920s chartreuse kick, grapefruits, lemons, white wine, rapeseed too It takes water better than pastis or tea, holds its own lovely, even has that embrocations, fish oil edge, blend of white mezcal and Jamaican rum twang, weird little glue and pencil eraser whiff at the end, plus that incredible fatness, flabbergasting how marvelous it is Exceptional drop this, good boy, hold my horse it’s that good 😂 Feels like it belongs in those old green glass single malt bottles, you know?

Blimey, this one's absolutely brilliant 😮 刚喝下去先是清鲜的rapeseed油香，跟着蹦出来grapefruits的酸，还有pastis的草本调，混着点鲜Parsley的味儿，跟Michelin chef招牌菜里的香气似的！ 咽了之后有温温的tea香回上来，还混着Massive menthol的凉丝丝，紧接着是white wine的爽酸搭着点white mezcal的淡烟熏，wait hold my horse，居然还有点像fish oil的咸鲜？哦最绝的是整体风味真的adorable。 哦这真是exceptional drop啊！闻着还有green glass的清冽感，还有种flabbergasting的incredible fatness，像炖得软烂的marrow那种丰腴，还有点embrocations的草本膏药香，余味里还有点pencil eraser的淡橡皮味，感觉好多年前那种disappeared style的威士忌居然在这杯里找回来了，真的marvelous 😭

Just had a dram that really opens up with lemon zest and a hint of kerosene, feels very focused on the palate. The texture is almost like marrow inside, rich and oily, with a touch of fish oil and incredible fatty salinity. A whiff of tarragon and rapeseed lingers, and there's a surprising note of white wine and green glass character. Adding a drop of water makes it sing even better than pastis or tea – absolutely fantastic. 😊

Blimey, this dram’s a right old mix – starts with a proper brilliant hit of citrus, like someone’s zested a whole lemon orchard in there. Then this gluey, almost fish oil tang creeps in, which sounds mad but works? There’s a menthol kick that’s properly massive, like chewing on a mint leaf the size of a dinner plate. The herbs – tarragon, parsley, all that jazz – remind me of a Michelin-starred soup, weirdly comforting. And that keroseney note? Sharp, almost petrol-like, but in a way that makes you go “hold my horse.” It’s got this incredible fatness, like drinking liquid marrow, and a salinity that’s proper flabbergasting. The finish? Long, smoky, and somehow sweet – like a 1920s chartreuse dream. Adorable stuff. 🥃

你知道什麼是完全醉人的威士忌嗎 😍？喝下一口，我就感覺像是在喝大海的魚油 🐟，有一種脂肪的沉澱感，實在是非常醉人。然後我想到了 Michelin 的廚師，他的菜餚總是那麼嫩軟，那麼香甜，不知道是什麼神祕的料。然後我又想到了萊蒙，好像在那一口中我都喝到了。後來我又感覺到了 pastis 的香氣，好像是在吃一盤清涼的菜餚，有那麼一股子海洋的氣息。有個朋友給了我一瓶特別的威士忌，我說："你要再給我一點啊，別叫我等！" 😂他說："好啦，我給你再喝一點。"然後我就感覺像是喝了一道色調豐 富的蔬菜燜包菜，香嫩得令人垂涎三尺。還有那股子濃郁的薸菜氣味，我還記得那一口就像是喝了一杯冰凍的萊蒙茶，我完全被釋放了😂。一杯後，我還感覺到一股子強烈的濃縮的藥膏，還像一杯濃郁的魚汁，無法停止對威士忌的熱愛！
