I’m picking up a wee feeling of cherry gin and a hint of Guignolet, almost like a cherry pie tucked in a batter‑man cake. The typical PX seasoning behaves nicely, giving a peppered marmalade edge and a leafy side that keeps it from getting too sweet. There’s a firm bite, a bit of caraway liqueur lurking, and bags of raisins popping through, with even more raisins on the finish. The whole thing feels a touch sourer, like a splash of sour marmalade, and a golden warmth lingers – definitely got the edge today. 🍒😊
