Blimey, this one’s a proper deep amber when you pour it out, looks gorgeous already. First whiff’s got that light smoke and weird notes of wet chalk, odd but not off-putting. Take a sip and it’s super winey straight off, sherry’s really too dominating if you ask me, smothers a lot of the subtler notes. Can pick up caramelly sweetness, a bit of dried orange, then more herbal bits later, even a hint of rosehip tea on the finish. There’s something meaty in there too? And a little mineral stones vibe, plus it’s rather powerful, smokier than I expected. Overall not too expressive, nice but not a thilling y’know? Perfect for a quiet evening but I wouldn’t rush to buy another bottle 😅

Nice but not a thilling, really. The colour’s a deep amber, almost brownish, and there’s a quick whiff of smoke that melts into a bit of wet chalk and stones. On the palate it feels rather powerful, caramelly sweet with dried oranges and a hint of rosehip tea, but the sherry’s really too dominating for my taste. It’s very winey and a touch meaty, yet not too expressive—more herbal than anything else, with a subtle smoky edge. All in all a solid sip, just a little too heavy on the sherry for me 😊.

Poured this one expecting something bold but... you know, it's nice, not a thrilling sort of dram. Colour's a deep amber, like good honey. Smells quite smoky, a bit like rosehip tea, and I swear there's a whiff of wet chalk in there too. On the palate, it's rather powerful, caramelly at first, then more herbal comes through. There's some dried oranges, a bit of dried fruit, and something meaty underneath. Overall, not too expressive for me, just a solid, smokier sipper. 🙂

Taking a sip, I get these whiffs of smoke – rather light, though. The color’s deep amber, a bit brownish. It’s pretty powerful, with notes of dried oranges and something meaty. Kinda reminds me of rosehip tea, more herbal than fruity. The sherry’s really too dominating for me, making it very winey. There’s a hint of wet chalk and caramelly sweetness, and a stony mineral edge. Overall, it’s nice but not thrilling, and not too expressive. Smokier notes sneak in later. 😊

深琥珀色看着就挺舒服的。 闻起来有点玫瑰果茶的香气，但雪莉味确实太霸道了，压过了别的东西。 喝起来舌尖能感觉到湿粉笔那种粉质感，烟熏感比想象的明显，还有些干橙皮的味道。 整体挺甜，焦糖感明显，酒体有点厚。 余韵里有葡萄酒的酸，隐约尝到点肉味，草本感慢慢冒出来，石头的矿物感倒是挺持久。 说实话不太外放，但劲儿不小。 挺好的，但不算惊艳。
