Just poured a dram and got a bright gold hue, nose of meadows honey, acacia honey and a hint of liquorice wood, with overripe apples and very ripe gooseberries sneaking in. There's a buttery butterscotch touch, a dash of citrus zest and a subtle beeswax warmth. The palate feels rather long, nicely balanced, with crumbles of speculoos and a faint Meursaulty oak note, finishing on dandelions and quinces. 46% ABV gives it a gentle kick, lovely floral yet firm vibe. 😊

Blimey, this is absolutely belting 🥃 First you get that thick meadows honey and beeswax on the nose, then that floral yet firm pop of mirabelles and overripe apples, with a lovely meady, almost Meursaulty stone fruit whiff too? Oh and those crumbles of speculoos are so moreish, like dunking a biccy in your cuppa. The 46% ABV is really powerful but not a bit harsh, then soft early grey and soft liquorice come through, followed by that wonderful floralness, floral once again with hints of dandelion and pansies, plus sweet quince nectars. The finish is rather long, leaves that warm gold, lingering floral yet firm aftertaste that just coats your mouth. Absolute belter with a Sunday afternoon biscuit dunk, no notes 😌

🥃 刚倒了一杯慢慢啜，闻着就very fragrant，pansies和dandelions的wonderful floralness混着meadows honey的甜，还有acacia的lighter honeys的清甜，飘着nectars的香气，只有tiny tad oaky的American oak感，一点都不突兀。 喝起来先是very ripe gooseberries、mirabelles和quinces的果酸，混着点citrus的清鲜，接着是butterscotch的甜，还有mead的醇厚感，平衡得excellently balanced，46%的度数做着一点都不冲。 咽了之后尾韵rather long，带着liquorice wood的味，整体floral yet firm的感觉，嘴里还留着点biscuits混着overripe apples的甜香，还有点crumbles of speculoos的暖甜，混着点early grey的茶香和soft liquorice的柔，带点beeswax的丝滑感，太舒服了🥂

Right, this one's got a real lovely golden colour in the glass 🍯 First thing I get is all these meadow flowers - dandelions, pansies, a bit of that wonderful floralness just floating about. Then comes the honey, like proper meadows honey mixed with lighter acacia stuff and a touch of beeswax. Fruit-wise it's all these mirabelles and overripe apples, maybe some quinces too? There's a citrusy zing underneath that keeps it fresh. And oh, a bit of that Early Grey tea note with soft liquorice creeping in - quite nice actually. The butterscotch and speculoos crumbles come through next, giving it a lovely sweet warmth. Tiny tad oaky from the American oak casks, but it doesn't overpower anything. Really powerful stuff at 46% though, proper warming. Finale hangs around rather long, with this Meursaulty quality and more nectars and gooseberries coming through. Floral yet firm, if that makes sense 😄 Honestly could sit with this one for a while. Really well put together.

一打开杯子就闻到好多花香，真的非常fragrant，有点伯爵茶和软甘草的味道。 喝起来感觉平衡得真好，有点像好的Meursault白葡萄酒。能尝到熟透的黄香李和鹅莓的甜味，还有点像黄油饼干碎屑在嘴里化开。 蜂蜜和花蜜的甜香很明显，带着点甘草木和蒲公英的清新草本感。 尾韵很长，能喝到点柑橘的明亮和金色的蜂蜜光泽。
