Right, this one's proper punchy - very spirity when you first have it, like proper high-strength stuff that makes you sit up straight. There's a lovely grainy character to it, almost like raw cereal, and underneath that I'm getting this grassy, herbal thing... thyme maybe? Reminds me a bit of newly mown meadow. The mineral side is strong too - definitely got that limestone, chalky thing going on. And then there's a curious coffee note that creeps in alongside something buttery that smooths it all out. Oh, and I swear I'm picking up something like wild carrots and a hint of white wine? Quite unusual but really enjoyable 😊
