Nose is a bit tricky, not an easy one at first. Definitely getting some rhubarb peelings and a really tart lemonness 🍋. A little hot, but you can tame it with a drop of water, maybe. On the palate, it's really on the mashy side – think parsnips, turnips, and even some artichoke. There's a surprising sweetness coming out, like a sweet beer or a fig jam. Very grassy still, almost like fresh grass juice, with green peppers and that peppery capsicum note. The finish is rather long and leaves you with a pleasant aftertaste of vanilla and something like a green pear. Still very grassy on the whole, but interesting. Not an easy baby, but rewarding if you take your time 👍.

First whiff and it’s honestly a bit tough going, quite grassy and a touch hot – almost like someone squeezed grass juice into my dram. 🍃 There’s a load of green stuff, green pears, green pepper and some sorrel knocking about. I do get a proper tart grapefruit hit, and just a whiff of rhubarb peelings. Definitely a few odd veggies: artichoke, parsnips, even turnips, plus something like grape skins and tomato, if you can believe it. Pretty mash-heavy, like sweet beer and IPA vibes. Water helps tame it a bit. It’s not a simple one, got a quirky lemon sharpness, and somewhere down the line a bit of fig and vanilla in the aftertaste. Quite Glen Spey-ish really. Not a dram to pull out when you want something easy, but interesting all the same!

blimey 这开瓶闻着真的不太容易接受啊🤣 先是窜出来特别冲的鲜草汁味，还混着青椒、芜菁、防风菜的冲劲，接着是葡萄皮、苦啤酒还有IPA的花果香，甚至能咂摸出点番茄和大黄皮的怪味？ 这桶之前肯定是费老大劲儿了，味道杂得不行，还有点微微的燥感。哦对我顶不住，兑点水确实舒服点🥃 咽下去之后余味还挺长，居然还飘着点香草的甜，怪好玩的。

Hada dram earlier and the first sniff was a bit stubborn – not the easiest nose, a touch of tart lemonness and grapefruit cutting through. On the palate it leans into mashy, grainy notes with a hint of parsnip earthiness and a whisper of green grass, almost like biting into fresh grape skins. A little water opens it up, revealing a soft vanilla aftertaste that lingers, while there’s a fleeting suggestion of something beery, almost IPA‑like, with a soft sorrel bite. 🥃

Wow, this is a really gristy, grassy one. First sip is a massive hit of very tart lemon and fresh-cut grass – almost like a green juice. 🍋 You get all these green veg notes, like green pepper, turnip, and even a bit of artichoke. It's quite savoury. There's a faint hint of rhubarb peelings and green pears in there too, trying to peek through. It's certainly not an easy baby; it's a bit hot and challenging. Adding a drop of water might help tame it. The finish is quite long, and thankfully, it softens into a rather nice vanilla sweetness, a bit like a sweet beer aftertaste. Definitely a unique dram that needs some patience.
