Had a dram earlier that reminded me of fresh kougelhopf with a hint of buttered porridge and a splash of orange blossom water again – quite the Party time vibe. There’s a touch of fresh-sawn oak and old barrels, plus a whisper of beeswax and citron liqueur, like a gin-and-tonic meets Italian focaccia. Not too much orchard fruit, more concrete and yellow gold, with a soapy touch and brake dust edge. Very unusual but this combo really works 😄

There's a soapy touch mid-palate, weirdly, but it cuts through the buttered porridge richness. Old barrels give that classic dunnage depth, while crushed green bananas and cider apples keep it lively. The finish is proper high class, like walking into an Italian bakery – focaccia and beeswax in the background. It's got a medium body, but toes the 88% line bravely. Chalk and brake dust linger, odd as it sounds, but in a good way. Lovely stuff, especially with a splash of ginger tonic. Party time indeed 🍸

Just had a sip and wow, this is really something! Starts with a burst of ginger tonic and beeswax, like fresh focaccia right out of the oven. 嗯…这杯颜色真漂亮，像融化了的黄金融在杯里。第一鼻子就有点严肃，像走进一间年代久远的旧书房，空气里混着粉笔灰和淡淡的刹车粉尘那种金属气息。 喝一小口，舌尖先是一阵姜汁汽水般的微辣气泡感，接着泛起很干净的青草和绿茶的味道。有意思的是，它让我突然想起小时候偷偷掰开未熟青香蕉时，指尖和空气里那股青涩的植物汁液味。 杯底再放一会儿，风格又变了。果味没那么突出，反而透出扎实的面包香——有点像刚烤好的佛卡夏，或者节日里新鲜的潘妮托尼，带着温暖的酵母感。慢慢地，又飘出一丝橙花水般的甜香，和最初那种严谨感交织在一起。 对了，中间那一小口，竟隐约尝到苹果西打的酸甜，但很快又被拉回那种干净、略带矿物感的收尾里，舌根留着些微的、恰到好处的暖意。 整体感觉…它没在某个地方用力过猛，各个味道配合得挺舒服的。是一杯会让人安静下来，想慢慢喝完的酒。👍

Citron liqueur and orange blossom water again mix in, making it smell a bit like a fancy gin-and-tonic. Palate-wise, it's medium with green tea freshness, concrete, and fresh-sawn oak. Less on orchard fruits, more fresh panettone and a soapy touch of beeswax. There's paraffin in there too, and it's toeing the 88% line, so quite punchy. Finish brings crushed green bananas and buttered porridge, with a ginger tonic zing. Party time! 🎉 This combo really works, and it feels high class. Makes me think of Italy with focaccia and cider apples. Overall, lovely and complex.
