刚倒出来就闻到塞维利亚橙子皮和果酱的香气，混合着一点烤坚果味。第一口有点冲，像黑咖啡那种苦劲儿，但后面马上涌上Jaffa蛋糕的甜味，很有趣。 喝下去喉咙暖暖的，有种说不出的踏实感，像挖花园泥土时闻到的那种潮湿又生机勃勃的气息。回味特别长，嘴里留着核桃蛋糕和一点烟草味，偶尔还能感觉到舌尖微微发麻，有点像吃了花椒但完全不讨厌。 整体感觉很扎实，不像有些年轻威士忌喝起来空空的。最后那一丝苦味反而让整杯酒更有层次了，喝着喝着就停不下来……😉

刚倒了一杯，闻起来就很有意思。先是浓咖啡和意式浓缩的香气，然后飘出一点塞维利亚橙皮的味道。 喝起来居然有点花椒的麻感，挺微妙的，不讨厌。 慢慢回味有点雅法蛋糕的甜，和果酱的柑橘调混在一起。最后那股苦味收尾很漂亮，一点也不刺激，反而很舒服。 有些年轻的酒总觉得缺点东西，这杯就不会。三十个月的桶陈好像让它更完整了，各种味道很和谐。 喝着喝着就不由自主想再来一口，这种感觉还挺上头的。敬这杯酒！🍊

The first sip hit me with these lovely roasted pecans, almost like a fresh walnut cake out of the oven. Then it shifted—suddenly I was thinking of a strong espresso, dark and beautifully bitter, but with this surprising sweetness underneath, like bitter Seville oranges or maybe even a bit of old Armagnac. There’s something nutty and rich that reminds me of black nougat, and yeah, definitely some oloroso sherry vibes in there. Got a weird hint of pipe tobacco and garden soil after a minute, not in a bad way though. 😅 The finish? Long. Really long. A bit of that Szechuan pepper tingle, maybe some liquorice, and it just keeps going. Unstoppable, honestly. Like it doesn’t want to leave.

倒入杯中是饱满的金色，闻起来像刚切开的Jaffa蛋糕，裹着橘子酱的甜香。 喝一口，舌尖先跳过一丝花椒的麻，接着是老烟斗的醇厚…太奇妙了！ 这酒有三十年陈酿的雅文邑那种复杂感，还有雪莉桶带来的烤山核桃香气，混着甘草和塞维利亚橙皮的微苦。 中段浓缩咖啡的焦香突然涌出来，简直停不下来。 余韵长得惊人，最后留在嘴里的是果酱的甜和烟草的暖，舒服极了 🥃

Hats off to this one! 🥃 First thing that hit me was a burst of Seville oranges, kinda like a bitter marmalade on toast... then it mellowed into coffee and black nougat, with a hint of Jaffa cakes weirdly. Gets a bit cheeky later, some liquorice and even a tingly Szechuan pepper kick that's almost annoying but in a fun way. Swear there's a whiff of garden soil after a while? Long finish though, lingering with nuts and chocolate. This thirty-month finishing really did something special. Incredibly good pour! 👏
