Honestly, this one’s an absolute treat 🥃 It pours that rich deep gold, but it definitely needs a bit of breathing before you dive in. Once it’s opened up, the first whiff is artisan lapsang souchong smoke, mixed with all kinds of various herbal tea notes, a bit of cedar wood and that bright orangey zing. First sip hits you with that smoke gets in your taste buds kick, then it mellows into apple peelings, mango jam and a little meady sweetness. The finish is medium, way more herbal and spicier than I thought it’d be, with that earthy, natural porridge-like warmth hanging around at the end. Perfect for a lazy Sunday afternoon, no notes needed.

倒进杯子是深金色的，闻着有土质茶香和洋甘菊，带点烟熏感。 需要稍微醒一下，然后香料味和雪松木就出来了，尾韵有正山小种那种松木熏香。 口感挺顺滑的，有点像燕麦粥，尾调里冒出来橙皮和蜂蜜甜。 最后嘴里留着湿沙土和烟熏，有点过节的暖意，不错喝。🍵

Warm and mellow, with a bit of honey, oak and gentle spice. Feels cosy, like a quiet evening by the fire 🥃 A wee touch of fruitiness too, quite easy-going and nice.

Ooh, that's a proper wee noseful, innit? A right mix, like. 🍯 Gettin' some proper vanilla and a bit of that honey sweetness right off the bat. Then there's a touch of smoke, like a distant bonfire. 🔥 Hints of apple and a bit of cinnamon spice? Tastes a bit woody too, a wee bit o' the oak. Aye, it's nice. A good bit of warmth on the way doon. 🥃

Right, had a nip of this earlier 🥃. Nose is proper intense... like walking past a chip shop on a windy day 🔥. Lemon zest too, quite sharp 🍋. Taste warms ye chest straight away. Spicy, bit of pepper maybe? Smooth though, no harshness. Finish lingers... dry, ashy, bit of sea salt 🌊. Definatly makes ye want to sit by the fire. Lovely stuff. Cheers! 🍻
