Lovely golden dram, quite creamy and buttery, with a cakey sort of feel straight away. I get loads of raisins, cinnamon cake and spicy gingerbread, then roasted nuts, sunflower and pumpkin seeds kicking about. The finish hangs around rather long, a bit earthy and spicier, with caraway, pumpernickel and a touch of blond tobacco. Easy to sip, proper cosy feeling 😊

Had this on Christmas day and it went down easy, all gold and cosy 🎄 Loads of black raisins, gingerbread and cinnamon cake, with a bit of Speculoos and marzipan sweetness. Then it turns spicier, like sesame, pumpkin seeds, walnuts and little herby bits. There’s even a tiny earthy mushroomy thing, but nothing odd really. Leaves a rather long, warm, pleasant feeling. Really very good.

Lovely and easy to sip, quite buttery at first, with loads of raisins, cinnamon cake and a bit of vanilla coming through. Feels a bit like walking past a pastry shop at seven in the morning, all gingerbread, Speculoos and warm nuts. Then it gets spicier, with caraway, sesame and pumpkin seeds hanging about. The finish is earthy, spicy and rather cosy — honestly, we could’ve quaffed this on Christmas Day 🎄
