Quite a golden, waxy dram for me, with apple juice, honeydew and overripe apples up front, then quinces, dried banana and a wee salty edge. There’s a lovely beeswax and pollen thing going on, plus lemon, lime leaves and a touch of camphor. Gets a bit chartreuse-y and herbal, even a funny leek note, but it stays refreshing. Finish isn’t endless, though it’s splendidly complex 😊

昨晚开了瓶新的，倒进杯子里就是一股特别软和的香气。首先闻到的是那种蜂蜡和花粉混合的感觉，暖暖的，带点熟透苹果的甜。 喝起来很复杂，蜂蜜蜡质感真的很强，有点像嚼着蜡烛但意外地好吃。里头有干香蕉片，还有金银花那种淡淡的甜。青梅和柠檬皮在边上转悠，特别提神。 尾段有点海风带来的咸味，又想到了药草酒和老白兰地。收尾不算特别长，但那股樟脑和蜜瓜的清凉感还在嘴里留了一会儿。 整体金灿灿的，像液体黄金。真的很棒 ✨

Wow, this whisky is splendid! So incredibly drinkable, with the waxiest mouthfeel. Honeydew and greengages hit first, then camphor and fresh quinces – a little leek adds a fun twist. It's like the Queen of the Hebrides in a glass: complex and refreshing. Notes of dried bananas and pollen blend with overripe apples and mead. Beeswax and a dollop of old cognac shine through, with apple juice and a lemony finish. The gold color is gorgeous, and it reacts very well to water. A bit chartreuse-y, soft and coastal, with a little oak. Can't put it down! 😊

今天喝了点威士忌，感觉挺有意思的。第一口就有点老干邑的影子，质地很蜡质，有点Clynelish那种品质。加水后反应真好，蜂蜜酒和蜜露的味道出来了，联想到 quinces 和蜂蜡。挺复杂的，过熟的苹果、一点咸味，颜色金黄，带点韭葱和柠檬香。像苹果汁般顺滑，有点查特酒的草本气息。蜡质感最突出，仿佛Island蜡制品，柔和得像Bunnahabhain。还有香蕉干和樟脑味，新鲜 quinces、青梅、花粉和橡木香。收尾不算最长，但整体极好！🥃

Quite warming and cosy 🥃 I get a bit of honey, soft oak, and a wee peppery kick. Smooth enough, with a nice lingering sweetness. Feels like a good rainy-evening dram.
