Palatte’s where it gets comfy — malty biscuit, touch of vanilla, an almost zesty zing that cuts through the sweetness. 🍋 A wee bit of oak grips the tongue, nothing too astringent, just proper. Finish is the best bit. it’s long, gentle, leaves your breath tasting of baked oatcakes and a faint campfire smoke. 🔥 Makes you go “aye, go on then” and pour another.
