Right, poured a dram an' took a sniff. 🥃 Smells lovely, bit o' heather an' dried apple. 🍎 Take a sip... defintely mellow, no bite. 🤭 Lingers on the palate with a gentle heat. Ends soft, leaves ya feelin all cosy. 🛋️ Top notch for chillin out. Reckon I'll stash another later. Cheers mates. 👍

On the tongue, 'b', 'm', 't', 's', 'l', 'p' comes through, sort of butterscotch and a bit of smoke. 😋 The finish is long with 'e', 'a', 'k' and 'r', 'n', warming ya right up. There's also some 'f', 'i', 'e', 's', 'n', 's' – fruity notes, I reckon. And a dash of 's', 'm', 'o', 'k', 'e' for good measure. Top notch! 👍
