Right, here’s what I got from the first dram – no messin’ about. Nose first hit me with that deep, sticky date syrup vibe 🍯, then a waft of old leather armchair. Like walkin’ into a gentlemean’s club. There’s a flutter of dried herbs too, thyme maybe? And a whisper of sea spray, sorta briny, which I weren’t expectin’. On the palate… blimey. Warm honey’d orchard fruits straight off – stewed pears, maybe a baked apple with a crack of black pepper. Then it shifts gear. A lovely oily nuttiness rolls in, walnut skin, and a touch of dark chocolate that’s gone bitter-sweet. Not sweetie sweet, more like that posh 70% cocoa stuff 🍫. The finish hangs about for ages. A gentle wisp of bonfire smoke, like your jumper the mornin’ after a beach fire. There’s a tickle of clove and somethin’ citrusy, orange peel oils, leavin’ the tongue just a tiny bit numb but in a good way, if that makes sense. Mouthfeel is proper chewy, almost. Coats everythin’. A real contemplative sit-by-the-window sorta pour. 🌧️

Oh right, this one's quite special. 🥃 First hit is all smoke and dark chocolate. Like sitting in an old leather chair in a cigar lounge. Then there's this lovely warmth spreading... spicy, like black pepper and cinnamon. You get this earthy, damp wood note too - reminds me of a forest floor after rain. Quite grounding, that. The finish? Long and warming. A bit like a campfire on a chilly evening. 🔥 Some folks might find it a tad intense, but I reckon it's proper characterful. Just sips nicely with a drop of water.

Ooft, that's a lovely dram. First sniff is all warm 🥃 and fruity, like baked apples and a hint of orange peel. Then you get this deeper, wickd note... maybe some dark chocolate or coffee? It's got a proper rich mouthfeel, kinda syrupy. The finish is long, a bit spicy, with a lingering sweetness. Quite nice, really. 👍

Nose: Quite smokey and peaty, like a cozy bonfire. 🔥 Hmm, maybe a bit of vanilla too. Palate: Smooth with honey sweetness and a dash of spice. 🍯🌶️ Tastes cracking! Finish: Long and warming, hints of fruit and oak. 🥃 A right lovely dram for a chilly evening. 😊 Just a note: "wisky" can be a bit finicky with the spelling sometimes. 😉
