Strathisla 2005 9 Years Single Malt Whisky

Oh mate, this whisky's got a real tart kick at first! 🥃 Then it settles into somethin' smoky and rich. Proper lush feelin' on the tongue, aye? 👃 The finish lingers, like a warm hug. Can't get enough! 😋 Sometimes I sip it slow, othertimes a quick dram – always brill. Loevly stuff, innit?

Oh right, just had a sip... It's got this lovely vanilla and a bit of smokiness, y'know? Like, a hint of cinnamon and some woody notes too. Mmm, and there's a citrusy zing at the end. Fairly smooth, not too peaty. Quite nice, actually. 😊 Might be a bit strong for some though.

Right, just had a wee sip. 🤠 First thing hit me was that peat smoke, like a bonfire on the beach. Then comes this lovely sweetness... honey and maybe baked apple? It’s proper warming, that finish. 👌 A bit of oak and vanilla in there too. Really coats the tongue. Gonna have another.
