Pale lemony at first, then that earthy peat rolls in with a salty little nip. I get marzipan, applesauce, dried ginger and a whiff of smoked tea, plus that camphor and old bandage sort of thing. Feels peaty but sweeter now, not just a quick peat blast. A bit wet hay and herbal tea on the side too. Rather excellent for a cosy dram, still very nicely made 🙂
