Bimber 2018 Single Malt Whisky

Bimber Distillery, established in 2015, was the first new single malt whisky distillery founded in London in over a century. It uses locally sourced British barley, undergoes a seven-day fermentation period in oak washbacks, and employs direct-fired heating for both its wash still and spirit still.
