poured a wee dram last night, proper deep gold in the glass straight up 🥃 first hit’s that elementary sweet hit, proper candyfloss vibes to start, then the feisty mix kicks in – marzipan and macaroons all coming through, even a little sharp varnish / nail polish note that cuts the sweetness just right. finish leaves all that good fruit syrup, maple syrup and barley syrup lingering, plus vanilla and cake crumbles, even a cheeky quince note I didn’t clock at first. honestly such a rounded little number, no bother with peat at all just pure lovely sweet comfort 🥹

Last night's pour was a bit of a surprise. Started with barley syrup and a touch of nail polish on the nose, which was feisty. There's a hint of sawdust and very little peat, just enough to add depth. A mentholy background cools things down. Tasting it, pineapple and quince pop up, along with maple syrup sweetness. It's elementary but not boring—cake crumbles and marzipan give it a dessert vibe, and custard comes through at the end. The varnish note is there, but it's medium overall, not too intense. A feisty mix that I quite enjoyed! 😊

Deep gold in the glass, lovely stuff. Vanilla and custard up front, then a wave of pineapple and quince—almost like a proper fruit syrup. Bit of marzipan and macaroons lurking, with a hint of maple syrup sweetness. There’s a feisty mix going on, bit of varnish and sawdust in the background, but it’s rounded out nicely. Mentholy finish, just a touch. Very little peat, thankfully. 🥃

这颜色真不错，深金得跟老蜂蜜似的，看着就暖和。 闻起来第一下是锯末和清甜的菠萝，晃晃杯子，哎，卡仕达酱和杏仁糖的味道就出来了，挺舒服的。 喝起来呀，口感是圆润的那种，不厚不薄刚刚好。大麦糖浆的甜裹着椰子糖的香，还有点香草和棉花糖的意思，嘿，有点调皮的组合。 后调里能尝到一点点烤蛋糕碎和枫糖浆，带一丝清凉，不突兀。喝到最后，居然有点老式指甲油那种微醺的塑料感，混着木质味，但反而觉得挺有记忆点。 总的来说是那种好喝又有点小脾气的酒，果汁感足，甜得恰到好处。🥃
