First sip hits with this sweet and fruity burst – think pear drops and pineapples dancing on the tongue, proper summery vibes. But then, woah, there's this ammonia tang that's like a slap, sharp and a bit weird. The elderberry flowers and blossom give it a perfumey twist, while the sourness builds in the back. Halfway through, it gets sort of... savage? Like gym socks and wild cheese collided, but in a way that's oddly addictive. The smoke and huge ashes linger on the finish, proper long and warming. Strangely clean and straight at the end, though, like it all just calms down. Definitely not your average dram – more like a rollercoaster with a teaspoon of fire. 🔥

Proper coastal and smoky 🌊🔥 Starts sharp and sour, then settles a bit. Loads of ash, lemon drops, pear sweets, even a weird pineapple thing. Bit funky too — like old cheese and gym socks, but somehow sweet and fruity. Long, briney finish. Not easy, but defo memorable.

Lovely cosy dram 🥃 Bit of smoke, sweet vanilla and soft fruit, then a wee spicy warmth at the end. Feels proper relaxed, like a rainy evening in.

Lovely warm dram 🥃 I get soft fruit, a bit of honey, light spice and some gentle oak. Feels cosy rather than heavy, with a wee peppery tingle at the end. Nice for a slow evening, honestly.

Wafts up like a stroll through an orchard just after rain 🍏🌧️ Then a sudden whiff of seaside bonfire, all driftwood and salt tang 🔥🌊 Sippin’ it’s proper cosy — honey’d porridge wi’ a dab of butter 🍯🧈 Gets a wee bit spicey, cracked pepper and a soft ginger glow ✨ Finish lingers like a warm wool blanket, with that ghost of peat smoke driftin’ through 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿👌 Sláinte, that’s a crackin’ dram.
