Golden pour, looks the part. First nose hits me with that bitter oak, but there's a creamy dairy swirl underneath. On the tongue, it's rather long, citrusy and fresh, though almost no red berries in sight. A hint of strawberry yoghurt sweetness tucks in, but the oak's tad on the oaky side. Not the prettiest side, but pretty good overall. Solid dram for a quiet night in. 🥃

Ooh, that’s a proper dram alright—gold in the glass like liquid sunshine, but not the prettiest side, more like a well-worn leather armchair you’ve grown fond of. First sniff’s all citrus zing, like a fresh Tomatin still young and lively, but then it mellows into this creamy dairy thing, almost like someone left a bowl of yoghurt out in the sun for a bit. There’s a sour twist too, not unpleasant, just a little pucker at the edges. Mid-palate’s where it gets interesting—pine resin and those gassy spices that remind me of Christmas cake left too long in the tin. A hint of old wood, like walking into a library that hasn’t been dusted in decades. Blood oranges lurk in the background, but they’re shy, almost hiding behind the spent lees vibes. Finish’s rather long, thankfully, with that bitter oak creeping in like a grumpy old man muttering about the good old days. Almost no red berries to be seen, just a faint whiff of Chilean red wine if you squint hard enough. Not bad at all, really.

嗯这杯颜色是漂亮的金色，闻起来有旧木头和松脂的香气，还夹着一点草莓酸奶似的甜腻。 实际喝到嘴里居然挺干净，像那种年轻的柑橘调威士忌，不过后段慢慢泛出些酸涩和苦橡木的味道。 质地倒是滑滑的像奶油，但偶尔会尝到点沉淀感和过桶带来的木质感。 回味倒是挺长，有点像泡过头的茶，几乎没怎么感觉到红果味，反而多了些气泡般的香料感。 整体来说还不错，算是个挺有意思的体验。

Just had a sip – the finish is rather long, and it's a tad on the oaky side, kinda like oversteeped tea with some bitter oak. I'm getting notes of pine resin and dairy cream, and the spices are more gassy. Not the prettiest side, mind you; there's sour touches and notes of old wood, even reminds me of tomato leaves. The colour is gold, though. Overall, pretty good – a good one with that immaculate young citrusy vibe, ending on strawberry yoghurt. 😊
