Sipped this dram and got a whisper of summer meadows honey with a touch of acacia honey, then the palate opened up to juicy Williams pears and ripe gooseberries, like a liquid fruity and floral salad. A hint of jasmine and wisteria floated in, making it feel quite mellow and almost discreet, though it got a little dry and tea‑ish towards the finish. Quite pleasant for a relaxed evening. 🥃

Took a sip and immediately thought of old Tomatins and summer meadows honey, all wrapped up in this charming and precious little number. There's Williams pears and ripe gooseberries dancing around, not too loud but once again, it was tight. A touch of acacia honey and lilac keeps it elegant, almost entrancing. The finish gets a bit dry and tea-like, though, not exactly the lousy Scandinavian mini-series on Netflix I was expecting—more like preserved fruits and plums. Lost one or three points for that, but still, it’s got a certain fragility, delicate and fragile like an old painting from the quattrocento. Very mellow, mind, and not a French one for that matter (even worse). 🥃✨

Ah, that’s a proper summer in a glass—peaches and Williams pears up front, like biting into a ripe one by the orchard. Then it drifts into this floral thing, wisteria maybe, with a whisper of honey from the meadows. Gets a bit dry after, tea-like, but in a nice way. Almost shy at first, then boom—liquid fruit salad with a touch of white wine zing. Elegant, delicate, like something you’d find in a dusty old gallery. 🍑✨

刚倒出来的时候，几乎悄无声息的，但很快就有 lovely fruit bombs 炸开的感觉。非常柔滑，Very mellow，像尝到了 ripe gooseberries 和 red apples 的混合，还有点 peaches 和 plums 的甜。中段是 liquid fruity and floral salads，能闻到 wisteria 和 jasmine 的花香，甚至联想到 guavas、papayas，加上 acacia honey 和 summer meadows honey 的温暖。有点像 white wine 的优雅，但更丰满。 不过后段 Gets a little dry and tea-ish，有点 preserved or tinned fruits 的回味，这时 palate would fall flat 一下，可能 lose one or three points。整体是 entrancing 和 elegant 的，像 delicate and fragile like an old painting from the quattrocento，charming and precious。还尝到 Williams pears 和 peaches 的果味，几乎像液态的水果沙拉 😊。

Gave the old Tomatins a whirl last night. First thing that hit me was this wave of lilac and almost floral salad notes - really elegant. Then it's straight into ripe gooseberries, guavas, plums... like a lovely fruit bomb. Not loud, mind you. Almost a discreet arrival, just charming you in. There's this acacia and summer meadow honey sweetness, a bit of mullein syrup. Peaches, pears, red apples... very mellow. Tinned fruit vibes, if that makes sense? 🍑 It's tight though, structurally. Not exactly loose, once again it was tight. Loses one or three points only because I was also half-watching some lousy Scandinavian mini-series on Netflix - honestly, the whisky's more entrancing. Left with jasmine, papayas, and a precious, elegant finish. Just love how it all comes together. A proper sipper. 🥃
