刚倒出来就闻到一阵蜡纸和烤腰果的香气，挺特别的。再晃一晃，咸花生的香气出来了，还带点榅桲酱的甜润感。 口感上有点意思，先是咸花生那种扎实的油润感，慢慢浮现出一些陈年的木质调和碳纸的烟熏感。中段能尝到麻布和旧工具箱的金属气息，但被鹅莓的酸甜和金黄的果香平衡掉了。 余韵里白花香和柠檬果冻的甜感慢慢散开，带出一点海风般的咸鲜。整体质地像软蜡一样柔滑，越喝越觉得柑橘调明亮起来。 哈，越喝越有层次感，像在海边打开一个老工具箱的奇妙感觉 🥃

Just had a dram and I’m getting a bit of a beach‑side vibe – salty sea‑air mixed with a faint hint of metal polish, like old tool boxes left out near the quay. The nose is surprisingly fresh, a bit like lemon jelly and lime jelly swirling together, with a touch of mango that feels almost buttery. There’s a subtle whiff of goose‑berry and stone‑fruit, almost like mirabelle eau de vie, and a soft waxy coat that reminds me of wax paper and soft waxes. Mid‑palate brings out salted almonds, salty peanuts and a faint sourness from rosewater, while some brown‑ish notes of engine grease and lamp oil peek through, balancing the whole thing. A light touch of white mushrooms and white flowers adds a weirdly clean, hessian‑like texture. It’s medium‑long, a tad on the soft side at times, but the complexity keeps it interesting – like strolling past a hay loft with a splash of citrus on the wind. Lovely! 😊

Just cracked this one open. Starts off with this lovely mineral note, almost like wet beach pebbles. Then it opens up – getting more citrusy with time, lemon jelly and lime jelly, even a hint of gooseberry. There’s a real waxy quality to it, like wax paper or soft waxes, mixed with a sack cloth and hessian vibe. The coastal side comes through too, a rising salty aspect, think salted almonds and salty peanuts. Superbly fatty and salty finish. With a bit of air, these subtle mango notes and white flowers pop out. There’s also something deeper, like old tool boxes, a bit of engine grease, and even carbon paper. The mouthfeel is tad on the soft side at times, but it compensates with excellent complexity and subtlety. Warming up now, getting hints of bay leaf, quince paste, and a touch of rosewater. The gold liquid medium-long on the finish, leaving you with stone fruits and mirabelle eau de vie. Lovely stuff. Excellent old character. 🥃

When I first sip this, it's a tad on the soft side at times, with a waxy feel like wax paper and soft waxes. I get hints of metal polish and old tool boxes, almost like a workshop scent. Very subtle mango notes and lemon jelly pop up, but it's rather dry overall. 🥃 Lots of salty peanuts and cashews come through, mixed with white mushrooms and even a bit of carbon paper or soot. The finish is medium-long, leaving touches of lamp oil and engine grease. As it sits, it gets fresher, more citrusy with time—think lime jelly, gooseberry, and fruit stones. There's a whiff of white flowers, rosewater, and bay leaf, plus hints of beach pebbles and hay loft. Despite being soft, it compensates with excellent complexity and subtlety.

刚开瓶就闻到一股旧信纸和矿石的气息，嘿，有点意思。 倒进杯里颜色像融化的黄金，晃一晃能看到软蜡的挂壁。先是干草垛和熟透的杏子香气，隐约有点白花和玫瑰水，慢慢又泛出盐渍坚果和烘烤花生的味道——这海边感来得挺妙。 喝一口，舌尖先触到干爽的矿物感，像舔了块被海风吹过的鹅卵石。中段出现了非常柔和的芒果和榅桲果酱的甜，但底下一直垫着一丝引擎油脂似的厚重感，不过被那种出色的复杂层次给平衡掉了。 尾韵中等偏长，先是一阵咸香，接着是柠檬果冻和金属抛光剂的微涩，最后留在嘴里的竟然是烤过的白蘑菇和蜂蜡的余韵。 放久了杯底还有石楠花和一点点酸橙果冻的清新。 嗯，这酒挺有意思的，像在充满工具机油的老仓库里突然看到窗外一小片晴朗的海岸线。😌
