刚倒了一杯，颜色是透亮的深金色deep gold🥃 闻香先是绿胡椒味的泥煤green and spicy peat冒出来，混着海草seaweed的咸气，还有chewin好雪茄的烟熏smoky notes，盐味salinity戳得很舒服 喝起来酒精度够劲sprit’s big enough，但强度刚好strength works well，唇边都留着点触感plays with your lips，先是核桃walnuts的油润，接着甜芥末sweet mustard混着柑橘spicy oranges的香，还有marmalade的甜，尾调带点酸苹果蛋糕sour apple cake的味道，隐约还有点陈旧酒窖old wine cellar的霉mustiness，湿咖啡渣moist coffee grounds的苦香，杜松子juniper和烟草tobacco的味道也在，还有点海盐brine的咸咸的salty touch，余味挺长quite long，最后飘着点 infused mint leaves的凉，整体特别复杂complex，很有个性some personality，最近 Campbeltown那边的酒真的值得多盯 keeping a close eye on Campbeltown， coastal的风味拿捏得准，salinity的感觉恰到好处，太对味了😌
