Nose is immediately that cedar-box smell, quite woody and dry, with something sweet underneath like old pastry or maybe slightly burnt brownies 🤔 Taking a sip, the oak really does take the lead – feels a bit sawdusty, with a hint of that pencil shaving thing. Then there's this sweet cooked honey coming through, but it's not overly rich. Get a little wisp of smoke too, and a touch of something camphor-like that's actually nice. Finish is medium, leaves you with a dry-ish honey note and that cedar/incense vibe lingering. Quite a woody drop overall, but it grows on you 🥃
