Nose is immediately that cedar-box smell, quite woody and dry, with something sweet underneath like old pastry or maybe slightly burnt brownies 🤔 Taking a sip, the oak really does take the lead – feels a bit sawdusty, with a hint of that pencil shaving thing. Then there's this sweet cooked honey coming through, but it's not overly rich. Get a little wisp of smoke too, and a touch of something camphor-like that's actually nice. Finish is medium, leaves you with a dry-ish honey note and that cedar/incense vibe lingering. Quite a woody drop overall, but it grows on you 🥃

Lovely cosy dram 🥃 I get honey, vanilla and a bit of dried fruit, then some soft oak and gentle spice. Feels warm, slightly smoky, and quite mellow — nice for a quiet evening.

Right, just had a dram and here's my thoughts 👇 Nose: quite smoky at first, bit of a bonfire vibe 🏕️ then it opens up to some lovely honey and vanilla. Getting a touch of dried fruit aswell. Palate: ooh that's rich! Dark chocolate and a bit of orange peel coming through. Quite spicy, maybe cinnamon? The peat is there but not overwhealming. Feels really smooth in the mouth actualy. Finish: long and warm, realy lingers on. Geting some oaky wood notes at the end. Quite moorish tbh 🥃 Overall pretty solid, would definitley have another.

Blimey, this whiskey's got a real smooth, warming feel to it. 😊 Hints of vanilla and caramel, with a smoky kick that's just right. 🔥 Might be some fruity notes too, but I'm not sure. Overall, quite lovely! 👍

Poured a dram last night. On the nose: 🍯 warm butterscotch and bruised apple. Then a gentle bonfire smoke 🪵 drifted in. Took a sip. Wow. It’s oily, almost chewy. Dark chocolate and grapefruit peel 🍊 hit first, very bright. Then it settled into something richer... walnuts, maybe? And a dry, spicy note, like ginger. 🔥 Finish was long and warming. Left a lovely savoury, slightly ashy taste. Sighed with contentment. 😌 Proper wee belter, this.
