Quite a sunny dram, all gold and easy-going. I get sultanas, marmalade and a bit of citrony vanilla straight away, then soft spices, white chocolate and that fresh scone sort of thing. There’s a café latte creaminess too, with a little doughy barley feel. Really simple, but in a lovely way — fruity, tidy, and the finish just hangs about gently 🙂
