Getting loads of bitter orange and ginger straight away, with a proper malty grain thing going on big time. Then it turns all green and fruity, like apple peelings, gooseberries, green bananas and a bit of tropical fruitiness. Quite peppery too, even a little chilli, with mint leaves and green tea keeping it fresh. Finish is rather long, beautifully bitter, a bit Campari and cinchona, with a soft rum warmth hanging about 🙂
