第一口像是打开了陈年的旧书架，淡淡的樟脑和烟熏茶叶扑面而来，夹着绿色的薄荷茶和百里香水滴。没过多久，柠檬草和干薄荷叶的清凉感就冒出来，像是刚从海边捡了几只蛤蜊在白葡萄酒里炖煮，咸味悄悄渗透。中间还有点像烤羊肉配英式薄荷酱，带着金黄色的烟熏木头味，轻轻的干草和老护肤油的气息若隐若现。 后劲儿挺奇特，像是吃了点热带干果，又夹杂着松木和淡淡的焦油，余韵里藏着几滴柠檬泥和烟熏茶的尾巴，挺特别的一杯

Just had a rather brilliant, unusual drop, light gold in the glass. The nose hits you with blond tobacco and a whiff of pinewood, then aniseed and a faint camphor note. On the palate it's like drops of thyme tea mixed with dried mint leaves and a splash of lemony peatiness – a bit of fish oil sort of saltiness sneaks through, reminding me of clams stewed in white wine. There's a nice earthy, vegetal side, like old parchment and a hint of tarragon, with dried tropical fruits, papaya and guava popping up. The middle rounds out with meaty tones, butter and garlic, and a touch of fir honey that feels like a great fun with the cask. Finish is medium, a bit of green pepper and smoked teas linger, pretty coastal indeed. Hard to classify though, but it’s a curous arrival on sage that makes you think of old embrocations and a good read in a dusty library 😊.

Blimey, this one's a bit of an adventure isn't it. First sip and there's this curious sage note right away, almost like walking through a herb garden. Then it opens up with this lovely fir honey sweetness and... is that butter and garlic? Oddly moreish actually. Got this gentle smokiness running through it, like old fireplaces and dried teas. Keeps things interesting. There's a touch of that salty, mineral thing going on too, with some lemon grass sneaking in around the edges. The mid-palate brings out these dried tropical fruits and a bit of papaya - quite unexpected alongside the vegetal earthiness. Almost reminds me of leafing through old parchment in a dusty library. Old books and blond tobacco vibes for sure 🍂 Really digging the subtle oak influence here, and that little drop of fish oil gives it this coastal character. The green pepper adds a nice savoury edge too. Finish-wise there's this lovely mint tea quality, with aniseed lingering. The linden and thyme tea notes tie it all together quite nicely. Genuinely unusual dram this one. Light gold in the glass but packed with character. Wouldn't have thought sage and lamb with mint sauce would work in a whisky but here we are. Really rather brilliant fun with the cask 👌

这杯的颜色真漂亮，像浅金色的阳光☀️ 一闻就是热带水果的甜香，木瓜、番石榴，还带着点干果蜜饯的感觉。 慢慢的，松木和甘草的味道就出来了，像走进一个小林子。后面还有点淡淡的茶香，有点烟熏，又有点草本，挺有意思的。 喝到后面，感觉有点像在海边散步🌊，能尝到一点盐分。尾韵不算很长，但有旧书和羊皮纸的味道，让我想起爷爷的书房。 最有趣的是，居然让我联想到羊排配薄荷酱，还有鼠尾草茶的味道。整体是个很活泼、很好玩的体验，喝起来一点都不无聊 😊

Wow, this is a real puzzle in a glass. First whiff is all smoked teas and that lovely lemony peatiness... makes me think of an old, interesting library, you know? Like sniffing old books or parchments. 📖 Then it gets stranger – a hint of green pepper and something like fir honey, which shouldn’t work but kinda does? There’s a savoury note too, reminds me of a proper English roast with lamb and mint sauce, or even clams in white wine. 🍽️ Towards the end, a bit of saltiness comes through, almost pretty coastal indeed, with some liquorice and dried mint. The finish is medium, and it leaves you thinking... rather brilliant, unusual drop. Great fun with the cask, whatever they did! 🥃
