This one’s got bags of lemongrass upfront, sharp and bright like grapefruit drops, but then there’s this odd Parmeggiano thing lingering – weirdly cheesy, but not awful. Rather good one, mind you, though not always pristine. There’s a smoked porridge vibe in the background, which sounds odd but actually reminds me of weekend mornings.
