Poured out a proper full gold glass, looks lovely. First sip – whoa, sour orange liqueur hits ya, sharp and citrusy. Then it toughens up, like too tough a boy, innit? 😅 The palate's austere, straight-up no fuss. Makes me think of eggplant skins and parsnip roots. Got that tarmac edge, bit leathery. Sour and bitter swirl, beans and artichoke vibes. Finish is dry, like you've been at a pack of paper tissues. Interesting, that.

Took a sip, the colour is a lovely full gold. First hit reminds me of overcooked beans, then the bitter edge of Brussels sprouts comes through. There's this milky sweetness like milk powder, followed by a tart hawthorn note that makes the palate feel quite austere. I get walnut skin tannins and a sourdough funkiness. Peppered mushrooms add a spicy kick, while leather and dunnage give it an old cellar vibe. The texture can be as soft as a pack of paper tissues at times, ending with an eggplant-like creaminess and a chalky dryness. Overall, a fun drink to ponder over 😄

Lovely warm dram 🥃 Bit of sweet oak, soft spice, and a cosy smoky feel. Goes down nicely, proper comfy on a chilly evening.

Right, so this dram... 🥃 First whiff, you get a bit of smoke and some fruity notes, like apples maybe? 🍎 Tastes proper smooth, with a touch of honey and a hint of spice on the tongue. 🌶️ The finish is lovely and long, makes you feel all warm inside. 😊 Cheers, mate! 👍

Right, first sip and – wow, that smoky note just wraps around you like a warm blanket. 🌫️ Then there's this sweet honey and apple thing going on, really loevly and comforting. 🍯🍎 A bit of vanilla smoothness, and ends with a gentle spicy kick. Quite the experience, innit?
