Poured out a proper full gold glass, looks lovely. First sip – whoa, sour orange liqueur hits ya, sharp and citrusy. Then it toughens up, like too tough a boy, innit? 😅 The palate's austere, straight-up no fuss. Makes me think of eggplant skins and parsnip roots. Got that tarmac edge, bit leathery. Sour and bitter swirl, beans and artichoke vibes. Finish is dry, like you've been at a pack of paper tissues. Interesting, that.
