Poured myself a wee dram earlier and it looks just like a very pale white wine in the glass. First sniff gave me a cheeky hint of horse dung 🐴 but don't let that put you off! It clears up quick and leaves defintely no animality behind. Just perfectly simple crisp Apples and some sourer fruits like Green mangos and Star fruits. It’s a fascinating little drop to drink. The texture is quite thick, reminds me of olive oil, and then you get hit with this big gold greener smoke mixed with big ashes. Proper heavy stuff! There's a solid kick of brine in there too 🌊 The sweetness is lovely, tasting like fresh mirabelles or even a proper mirabelle eau-de-vie. The finish is rather long. It fades out with a bit more brine, some bitter green walnuts, and a beautiful lingering note of mirabelles and smoke. With all that green fruitiness it honestly feels like it’s full of antioxidants haha 🍏. It's simply perfect for a damp night in. Cheers! 🥃

开瓶就能闻到一股子大金绿烟，混着点黄香李和青芒果的酸甜劲儿，有点意思。 入口之后是海风带来的矿物感，伴着大堆的烟灰似的苦底，但意外地带着些苹果和星果的清新。 中段渐渐浮现出烤坚果和风干果脯的味道，还有点像走进农场时闻到的那种气息。 收尾倒是干净利落，有点像喝了口天然果渣白兰地，嘴巴里留下不少木质的干涩感，回味还挺长。 整体喝着挺带劲，感觉挺健康的样子，就是尾韵里那一点点若有若无的果酸和烟熏交织在一起，总让我想起小时候在外公果园里的下午。 ☀️

刚倒出来就闻到一股加了盐的橄榄油香气，还有点像海风吹过的石子滩。喝一口，哇，这烟熏味太有意思了，不是单纯的烟，像混着晒干的青芒果皮和湿漉漉的胡桃木。 后味有点冲，居然让我想起小时候在乡下马厩闻到的那种……呃，带点草料和泥土的农场气息？但转头又飘来一丝很淡的熟苹果甜。 最神奇的是咽下去之后，嘴里那种暖烘烘的、像喝了小口烈性果渣白的感觉，久久不散，简直要让人舒服得“哞”出来。 颜色很浅，像稀释过的白葡萄酒，喝着莫名觉得健康（虽然知道不可能啦）。整体平衡得刚刚好，特别适合这个有点凉的傍晚。

Yeah, poured a dram and first thing I got was this faint, pale colour, like a very pale white wine. Took a whiff and immediately thought of a cowshed - that damp, hay-ish smell, but there's no animality about it, you know? Then comes the smoke, not heavy, but 'big gold greener smoke' makes sense now, it's a bit ashy, like big ashes after a bonfire. On the palate, it's a little drying. I get those mirabelles, sourer fruits, and Apples, like bruised windfalls. There's a touch of Green mangos in there too. Then the smoke returns, this time it's more 'mirabelles and smoke', intertwined. A hint of brine, like a seaside breeze. The finish... honestly, it made me almost about to moo, just that pervasive farmyard vibe, but in a oddly comforting way. I did get a fleeting whiff that was unmistakably horse dung, but it vanished quickly into the ashes and smoke. Quite the ride. 🌫️🍎

刚抿了一口，这小酒挺有意思的～ 最先跑出来的是很淡的果香，像压榨过的star fruits，还有点青苹果皮和未熟green mangos那种酸酸的感觉。烟熏味倒是不重，但慢慢会出来一些“烧过的草木灰”般的气息，挺有意思的。 酒体很轻，有点像very pale white wine，但又带着一丝像olive oil般的油润感。你别说，仔细品还真有点cowshed和horse dung那种…呃…“农场气息”？哈哈，但别担心，是那种干净的、有点anamality联想的趣味，不讨厌。 收尾有点drying，带着绿色的、类似green walnuts的涩感，和一丝微妙的brine咸味，让回味变得rather long。 总的来说是个fascinating little drop，喝起来很轻松，没什么复杂的东西，perfectly simple，但又有些意想不到的细节。适合傍晚小酌一口。😌
