Really pale and sharp, a bit like thin white wine with lemon squeezed over wet stones. Then this briny gherkin thing pops up, with raw smoky peat and a wee tarry edge. There’s a burnt barley feel too, plus just a tiny dusting of cocoa at the end. Quite punchy, seaside-y, and a bit wild 😅
