Had a dram, pale gold looking like a sunny field at dawn. A quiet peat, farmy but not heavy, no sherry buzz. Smoke sneaks in quietly – like a distant fire in a beech forest. I catch fresh cut grass, a hint of old books, a mineral lift that feels like clean manure but not harsh. The flavour develops softly, ending on a subtle burn from beech wood. Just a relaxed, almost poetic sip 😊
