🥃 Too right this one’s right up my street! The liquid’s a proper golden brown, looks gorgeous in the light. First you get honeyed notes mixed with pollen and dandelion freshness, plus a little cinnamon warmth, then sweet figs and dates with roasted raisins, even a hint of that walnut skin subtle bitter edge. Tastes like strong black tea with a dash of peach syrup, that mint tea coolness peeks through too. The finish has that lovely very old cognac depth, plus liquorice wood aroma, green tannins are just right, medium finish so it doesn’t drag on, and a little coconut water cuts through all the sweetness perfectly. Ideal for a lazy weekend on the sofa 🥴
