Blimey, this one's a proper journey. 🥃 First whiff hits you with this epic, glorious nose – all mints and various waxes, like opening an old medicine cabinet. There's a powerful young malt energy in there, but tamed. Tasting it, it’s a maelstrom of flavour. Medicinal notes for sure, like a clean band-aid and germoline, but then – Amazing! – these citrusy, resinous fruits come through. Some salt, sorb berries… even a hint of creosote and tar. It’s complex, like deciphering old books. The mouthfeel is all waxy smoky lemony chalk. High power, with roots and myrtle, a petroly side and white wine acidity. Mentholly bananas? Yeah, I got that too. It’s refined in its bottle, alright – lanoline, old coats and furs in an old wardrobe. A splendour of many waxy elements. Finishing with gentian and eucalyptus. A ode to glass ageing, for sure. Sadly not eternal, but what a ride. 🤯

Wow, this dram's got such a joyous complexity – the raw ingredients shine right through. The smoke is fat and hefty, like sticking your head in a malting kiln, with tar and iodine pinging out at you. Those tiny earthy and vegetal notes add this wondrous sludge feel, and there's umami things and camphor, almost like an engineers garage. Mouthfeel's textural, gelatinous and oily, brimming with freshness. Citric notes like lemons in brine, salty and zesty fruits, with pickling brine and green olives. The peat is slathered on, perfectly pure and coastal, leaving a drying, resinous finish that's superbly long. It's like miss three busses wouldn't even bother you – too busy grinning like the Cheshire Cat. 😋

Quite a cosy dram 🥃 I get soft vanilla, a bit of oak, gentle spice and a wee smoky touch. Feels warm, rounded and lovley on a quiet evening.

Quite warming and cosy 🥃 I get soft honey, a bit of oak, some dried fruit, and a wee spicy kick at the end. Smooth enough, with a nice lingering warmth. Feels like a rainy evening dram.

Feels warm and cosy, with a bit of honey, dried fruit and gentle spice. Nice soft smoke at the end — proper evening dram vibes 🥃✨ A wee bit oaky, but in a good way.
