Just had a sip of this – the colour’s a gorgeous rosy amber. Immediately, it’s all strawberry on the nose: strawberry sweets, syrup, and a hint of herbal tea. When you taste it, the strawberry really takes the lead, like strawberry yoghurt or jam, with some honey and dried fruits like raisins and figs coming through. There’s a bit of cranberry syrup too, and wild strawberries give it that ultra-ripe vibe. Quite pleasant and fun, though maybe just a little bit too much sweetness for me. The finish lingers long, sweet, with that usual black pepper note. Truly, it’s like sipping on strawberry liqueur – very nice! 🍓

After a moment, you get a bit of strawberry yoghurt and those wild strawberry sweets from childhood. It's very pleasant, maybe just a little bit too much for me, actually. There’s a nice hint of dried figs and raisins in the background, with a touch of honey and even some cranberry syrup. I thought I got a fleeting note of slate and clay, and the usual black pepper warmth comes through at the end. Overall, a fun, sweet dram. Truly, it's all about the strawberry!

真的是一个很好喝的威士忌 🍸，首先就有了些草莓布丁的风味，跟咖啡糖的味道有得一拼。再喝进去，感觉到的是草莓酱的甜味，跟我小时候吃的草莓果冻很像。然后呢，一点点味道像是草莓口味的甜酒，感觉还不错。这其中也能感受到点苦味和黑胡椒的味道，但都只是轻微的一点。整体来说，草莓味道比较强，很是喜欢。
