Just poured a dram and got a whiff of freshly malted barley, light gold in the glass. First sip is soft grasses and a hint of leafier notes, then ripe green apples and a touch of lemon jelly. Sweet but not overpowering, with a little gooseberry compote and sultana lurking in the background. Finishes easy, dried apple rings and a whisper of shortbread, leaving a pleasant, simple charm. 🍏

Well, the first sniff is like walking into a sweet shop – vanilla tablet and golden syrup right away. It’s a light gold colour in the glass, really pretty. Soft grasses and a bit of cereal come through, like a fresh meadow. Very gentle and easy to drink, honestly it’s hard to find fault with. On the tongue, there’s malty warmth and a lovely leafy note, maybe like fresh herbs. It doesn’t have a huge amount to say, but what it does say is nice. Think of lemon jelly and elderflower cordial, that sort of gentle floral citrus. The fruitiness is there – gooseberry, pear, some dried apple rings and even a hint of apple tart tatin. There’s a touch of soda bread and shortbread too, which is comforting. It’s rather lemony overall, like lemon barley water on a warm day. Humbled and simple, but in a good way. The honeys and that lush fruitiness come out more with a drop of water. Finishes with green tea and a bit of star fruit, crystalised garden fruits and sultana. Goes down easy, a really lovely dram. 🥃

Oh this one's rather lovely ☀️ Pale gold in the glass, smells like walking past a bakery with the door open – warm apple tatin, those custard cream biscuits, and a hint of floral cordial. First sip is gentle, easy. Got that lemon barley water thing, like a fancy lemonade, with some soft honeydew melon and white grape in there. Feels light but not thin, you know? Then it opens up a bit more – there's this lovely baked pear and a bit of spiced golden syrup. Finish is nice and long, with a little whisper of soft tobacco and something like dried apricot. Honestly just a really friendly, approachable dram. Perfect for a sunny afternoon.

First sip, it's a bit sharp, like, but then mellows out with some honey sweetness. 😊 The finish is long and warming, with a touch of spice. Loving the creamy texture, too. Realy nice drop. 🥃

Right, just poured a wee dram of this tonight 🥃. Colour is proper gold, looks inviting in the glass. Nose hits you with honey and vanila 🍯. Taste is smoth, no burn whatsoever. Warmth spreads in the chest, real cozy feeling. Bit of oak spice kicks in later 🪵. Finish lingers abit, quite pleasant. Definatly one for the cold evenings. Cheers mates! 🍻
