Filey Bay 2017 Single Malt Whisky

Filey Bay is Yorkshire's inaugural single malt whisky, crafted by Spirit of Yorkshire Distillery, the region's first single malt whisky producer. Established with a farm-to-bottle ethos, this pioneering English whisky represents a new chapter in Yorkshire's rich agricultural heritage. Distilled using locally grown barley and pure Yorkshire water, Filey Bay embodies the terroir of England's iconic county. The whisky showcases a refined balance of malt sweetness, orchard fruits, and subtle coastal influences, matured in carefully selected oak casks. As the flagship expression from one of England's most ambitious craft distilleries, Filey Bay has quickly established itself as a cornerstone of the modern English whisky movement, earning acclaim for its quality and authentic regional character.
