Taste is where it shifts — soft toffee at first, then a wee pop of dried apricot and a flake of dark chocolate. Bit of a woody spice creeping in, like clove and a crack of black pepper. Not harsh, more like a gentle nudge. Finish lingers on stewed pear and a ghost of bonfire ember. Proper cozy vibes. Smoothe, but with a cheeky wee character — the kind you want on a rainy Tuesday with the telly off. ✨

Ahh, got a dram here. 🥃 Looks lovely and warm, like old oak. Nose: 🍯 Definitely getting some honey, maybe a bit of orange peel? A touch of spice, quite nice. Palate: Proper smooth. Caramel, some vanilla, a hint of dried fruit. Doesn't burn too much, easy to sip. Finish: Stays a while, that sweetness lingers with a bit of oak. Very pleasant after a long day.
