Tasting Notes & Reviews

Expert analysis and tasting impressions

Right then, had a wee dram of this earlier. 🥃 Nose is lovely, hints of vanilla and honey 🍯. Maybe a touch of oak too. On the tongue it's smoth enough. Some spice kicks in 🔥, followed by citrus. Finish is warm and quite long. Definatly gets you cozy. No complaints here, proper enjoyable stuff for a rainy evening 🌧️. Cheers! 🍻

Just had a dram that's all 🌳 woody and 🍯 honey on the nose. Taste? Ooft, a real kick of 🌶️ spice but then... vanilla custard? Aye. Finishes long, smoky like a bonfire 🔥 but sweet. Bloody lovely, though I think I spelled "caramel" wrong on the label... carmle? Never mind. The legs on the glass were proper thick too. 👌

Nah, this one’s a bit odd at first. 🥃 Tastes like… autumn leaves and wet wool? But then it turns into warm toast with marmalade. 🍞 Smooth finish, kinda like chewing on a toffee wrapper but in a good way. ✨ Not bad, but def an aquired taste! 👍

4#4

Oh right, the tasting notes got a bit mangled there 😅 But from what I can make out, this sounds like a proper classic sipper. First hit is quite smoky, like a bonfire on the beach, then it mellows into something sweeter - maybe vanilla and honey? There's a lovely warm kick, like cinnamon, and a touch of citrus that keeps it fresh. The finish is long and earthy, with a bit of oak and maybe some dried fruit. Really warming and comforting, perfect for a chilly evening. Just wish the flavour list wasn't so jumbled! 🥃
