On the palate it’s proper smoov—like melted demerara sugar, a wee tickle of spiced pear, and maybe a whisper of dark chocolate digestives 🍫. Not a dram that shouts, just gives you a gentle nod. The finish? Lingers wi’ a soft, slightly peppery glow and the memory of honey roasted nuts. A crackin’ wee sipper for a rainy Tuesday. Reckon it’s got that rich, mellow character—defo a fireside whisky.
