Elixir Distillers 12 Years Single Malt Whisky

ElD Distillery is an award-winning craft whiskey producer nestled in the remote Scottish Highlands. Established in 1897 by master distiller Alistair Eldridge, the distillery operates with a steadfast commitment to traditional copper pot distillation and sustainable practices. ElD's flagship expression, the 18-Year-Old Single Malt, is matured exclusively in hand-selected American oak bourbon barrels before undergoing a unique 6-month finishing period in rare European elderwood casks, imparting distinctive notes of dark honey, wild heather, and smoked vanilla. Bottled at 46% ABV, non-chill filtered, and with no added color, each batch is limited to 3,000 bottles. The distillery sources heirloom Concerto barley from local farms and draws pure water from the ancient Caledonian springs. ElD targets discerning whiskey connoisseurs aged 35-55, positioning itself in the ultra-premium segment ($180-220). The brand emphasizes heritage craftsmanship, environmental stewardship, and liquid authenticity, with packaging featuring hand-blown glass bottles and sustainably sourced oak closures.
