Loch Lomond Cask Strength Collection 1973 37 Years Single Malt Whisky

Well, just had a sip of this one... First thing hit me is lovely vanilla and lemon zest, very fresh like. Then it kinda unfolds into ripe apple and a hint of jammy fruit, sweet but not too much. There's a nice spicy kick at the end, a bit of oak and nutty warmth. Really enjoy how the citrus and caramel notes play together, like honey on toast. The finish is quite long, leaving a gentle spice and chocolatey feel. A proper sipper, truly. 🥃✨ Just beautiful complexity, innit.
