Right then, just poured myself a dram 🥃 Nose is proper warm, like dried fruits and honey 🍯 Goes down smooth, no harshness at all. Taste builds up nicely, bit of spice on the tongue. Reminds me of a cosy evening by the fire 🔥 Finish lingers, leaves a sweet aftertaste. Definitly worth having on a cold night. Cheers mates! 🍻

Really nice balance. And underneath, there's some fruitiness - maybe like stewed apples? A touch of spice at the end, like ginger or nutmeg. 🌶️ Proper complex stuff. The mouthfeel is quite lush, not thin at all. Lingering finish, that smoke comes back softly. Really enjoyed that, a proper winter warmer. 🥃
