Carsebridge 1976 40 Years Single Grain Whisky

Right, givin this a proper nosing… 🥃 Toffee an baked apple hit first, then this lovely waft of cinamon an ginger stirrin together. Sip’s got a silky honey’d feel, wi a whisper of smkey oak creepin in. Not shouty, just comfy. Finish is long an spice-warmed, dried orange peel lingerin wiv a tiny vanilla sigh. Crackin dram for a nippy evenin, that is. 😌🍯

Then there’s this **creamy vanilla** thing comin’ through, smooths it all out a bit. Ooh, and a bit of **spicy rye** at the back, gives it a nice kick without bein’ too harsh. Maybe a touch of **dark chocolate** as well? Hard to tell sometimes. Overall, it’s a rather **rich** and **comfortin’** dram. Perfect for a chilly evening, I’d say. 🥃
