Right, just had a wee dran of this… nosing it blind, gettin a right mad mix of earthy, nutty tones straight off, then it’s all toffee apples 🍎🍬 and a whiff of iodine-drenched campfire smoke 💨🔥 On the palate it’s propper bonkers — malt loaf, more toffee, some juicy citrus pith and a weirdly delicious kiss of umami and coastal brine 🌊 Mid-palate, the oak starts hummin, spicy almost like cinnamon and cracked pepper, then back to this rich, almost leathery dried fruit. Finish hangs about for ages, salty-sweet, a bit of vanilla cream and that peaty, iodine tug that keeps whisperin “one more sip” 🥃👌 Defo a noisy, complex dram — not shy at all but somehow it all holds togeather. Love it when a whisky just does its own thing, ye know? 😵‍💫👍

First sip: quite smooth, warmin' from the start 😊 Nose: get some applish notes and a bit of vanilla 🍎🍦 Palate: rich with caramel flavours, a hint of spice 🥃🔥 Finish: lingers nicely with a light smokiness 💨 That's proper decent! 😋

Blimey, this whisky's got a real character! 🍎💨 Starts with a lovely appley sweetness, then some spicy cinnnamon notes come through. 🌶️ On the finish, there's a gentle smokiness that just lingers, like a cozy fire. 😊 Feels warm and smooth, perfect for a rainy evening. Sometimes I get a hint of vanillla too, really makes it special. 👍 Oh, and a bit of fruity tartness, maybe pear or summat? 🍐 Overall, it's a right treat – just sits nicely on the tongue without bein' too heavy. Cheers! 🥃

Just had a dram and oh my... First off, teh nose - like walking through an orchard in autumn 🍎🍐 with a bit of honey drizzled on top. Quite sweet, not cloying though. Then the palate... proper lovely. Getting some baked apples and a hint of cinnamon, maybe? 🍪 A little peppery kick comes through, quite nice actually. Then there's this creamy, vanilla-y thing going on, like custard almost. The finish is where it gets interesting. A gentle smokiness appears 🌫️, not a bonfire more like a distant BBQ. Leaves a warm, spiced aftertaste - cloves and nutmeg? Lingering sweetness too, like toffee apples. Mouthfeel is lovely and smooth, coating the tongue just right. Not too heavy, not too light. Overall, a proper autumn evening sort of whisky. 🥃 Would defo have another.
